installed magnum intelligent control thermostat to replace a pre-existing (faulty) thermostat. However the displayed temperature is a negative number. Any idea why please?

Have c16 with 10m matt but not going higher then 14.5, can you please help

I find the existing intelligent controller a bit difficult to use - is this a replacement, can it be fitted easily, and is there any change in functionality?

Hi, I have 2x C16 installed from two separate fused spurs in my house.
When the fused spur is switched on and the thermostat switch is off, then each thermostat is drawing off quite a bit of power (nearly as much as when both switched on) Any ideas why this is the case, or if there could be a problem?

Can the room sensor be used to replace existing mechanical gas Central Heating thermostat, and the floor sensor connect separately to electric underfloor heat mat? Thanks, Tom

The red light is on and the heating is not working. We have tried resetting but to no avail. How can we fix this?

Hi - my thermostat was installed for underfloor heating about 18 months ago and has been working fine. However there the thermostat seems to have died and will no longer switch on. Is it likely to be an issue with the thermostat itself or something else. There are no other power issues around it.

First turn on after installation, back light on but nothing on the screen, waited as per instruction manual for 5 mins after turning on for instructions to appear on screen. Now 15 mins and screen still blank just back light on, no flashing led either
